Abstract:
A device is provided with a deviation prevention control means for controlling deviation prevention to the outside of the travel path on the basis of the result from a detection means such as a sensor, camera, etc., a driving intention judgment means for judging the maneuvering intention of a driver, and an actuator activation regulation means for regulating the activation of the actuator on the basis of the maneuvering intention of the driver from the driving intention judgment means, wherein the driving intention judgment means calculates a change amount ΔTh of a detected maneuvering torque and a change value ΔTs of a control command value to the maneuvering actuator, and, when |ΔTh|-|ΔTs| is equal to or larger than the threshold value, judges that the operation intention of the driver is present, and restricts the activation of the deviation prevention control. Thereby, during the travel path deviation prevention control, if the actuator is activated in order to prevent the deviation of a vehicle from the travel path when the operation intention of the driver is not present, discontinuation of the deviation prevention control caused by erroneous judgment that the operation intention of the driver is present can be prevented.
