Abstract:
A travel path selection device provided with: a first path selection unit for selecting, from among a plurality of travel paths created by a path creation unit, travel paths for which the relative distance of each of the plurality of travel paths in relation to the host vehicle is no more than a prescribed threshold value; and a second path selection unit for selecting, from among a plurality of other vehicles corresponding to the plurality of travel paths, the travel path of the other vehicle closest to the host vehicle when the travel paths selected by the first path selection unit constitute a plurality of travel paths.
