Abstract:
The present invention is provided with the following: a travel route calculation unit (121) that calculates a travel route from a current location to a destination, on the basis of current location information of an electric automobile, destination information, and information pertaining to remaining power and remaining-power recovery facilities; a region division unit (122) that divides a region that includes the travel route calculated by the travel route calculation unit into a plurality of local regions; a constraint condition determination unit (123) that determines constraint conditions on monitoring variables pertaining to power consumption for each local region created by the region division unit; and a recalculation determination unit (124) that, for the electric automobile that is currently traveling, monitors the monitoring variable corresponding to the local region that includes the position of the electric automobile and, when the value of the monitoring variable deviates from the constraints, makes a request to the travel route calculation unit to calculate the travel route.
