Abstract:
This travel track creation device is characterized by comprising: a curvature waveform creation unit that creates a waveform showing the curvature of a reference travel track, which is the track when a vehicle follows a road and has an approach straight track, an arc-shaped track following the approach straight track, and an escape straight track following the arc-shaped track; a first changing unit that changes the two edges of the waveform, a first edge portion and a second edge portion, into ramp shapes so that the first ramp-shaped portion and the second ramp-shaped portion are provided to the waveform; a second changing unit that changes both ends of each of the first ramp-shaped portion and the second ramp-shaped portion into a curve so that a first curved portion, a second curved portion, a third curved portion, and a fourth curved portion are provided to the waveform; and a travel track creation unit that creates a travel track on the basis of the waveform.
