Abstract:
A traveling treatment device and process for a traction edge cutting knife, which relate to the technical field of plastic thin film production. The device comprises a rack cross beam (1), supports (2), a cutter device (6), a motor (3), a transmission mechanism (4) and a control mechanism (5); the supports (2) are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the rack cross beam (1) along the center line in the running direction of a thin film, and the supports (2) have freedom degrees for moving on the rack cross beam (1); the supports (2) drive the cutter device (6) to cut different positions of the thin film; one end of the transmission mechanism (4) is connected to an output shaft of the motor and is used for converting the rotation of the output shaft of the motor into the translational movement of the supports (2) on the rack cross beam (1); the control mechanism (5) comprises a proximity switch (5.1), an induction block (5.2), a PLC controller (5.3) and a frequency converter (5.4). The described process uses the described device to achieve the traveling treatment of a traction edge cutting knife, and traveling cutting is conducted on thick edge films on a thin film, thus reducing the phenomenon of rolling edge protrusion caused for a thin film by deviations in thickness, and improving thin film rolling quality.
