A tray and a tray device. The tray comprises: a support plate; a first limiting block, which is arranged on the support plate; and a moving assembly, which comprises a moving seat and a positioning member, the moving seat being slidably arranged on the support plate in a first direction, so as to cooperate with the first limiting block to clamp or release a workpiece, and the positioning member being movably arranged on the moving seat in a second direction, so as to be switched between a first position and a second position relative to the moving seat, wherein the support plate is provided with at least two positioning hole groups, which are spaced apart from each other in the first direction; each positioning hole group comprises at least one positioning hole arranged in a third direction; when the positioning member is located at the first position, the positioning member can be inserted into the positioning hole group in the alternative, and when the positioning member is located at the second position, same is disengaged from the positioning hole group; and the first direction, the second direction and the third direction intersect one another.
