Provided in the present invention are a tray mounting mechanism, a battery swapping apparatus and a battery swapping station. The tray mounting mechanism comprises a mounting part, a fixing part and a first elastic assembly, wherein the mounting part is used for mounting a tray, and the first elastic assembly is arranged between the mounting part and the fixing part; and the first elastic assembly elastically deforms, so that the mounting part moves relative to the fixing part in a direction perpendicular to a battery pack disassembling and assembling direction. By arranging the first elastic assembly, the mounting part can be connected to the fixing part in a floating manner, so that the tray is driven to be finely adjusted in a certain floating space to a position on a plane perpendicular to the battery pack disassembling and assembling direction, thereby improving the adaptivity of the tray mounting mechanism and the tray, facilitating the alignment of a disassembling and assembling mechanism with a fastener, improving the loading and unloading efficiency of the battery pack, and reducing part damage.
