A tray (10) comprises a chamber (101) for placing contents to be accommodated, at least two glue accommodating grooves (1) being formed on a bonding surface (102) of the tray (10) for bonding a tray cover (9), the at least two glue accommodating grooves (1) being spaced apart in an inner and outer direction of the tray (10) and extending along a circumferential direction of the chamber (101). A power supply device (30) comprises a tray cover (9), a power supply (31) and a tray (10), the power supply (31) being provided in the chamber (101) of the tray (10), and the tray cover (9) being fixedly connected to the tray (10) in a sealed manner by means of a glue (2) provided in at least two glue accommodating grooves (1). An electric vehicle (40), the electric vehicle (40) is provided with a power supply device (30), and the tray (10) is fixedly connected to a frame (41) of the electric vehicle (40). The tray has a simple structure, and in practical use, the step of screw connection can be omitted, ensuring that the tray and the tray cover are reliably fixedly connected and maintain a stable and reliable seal.
