Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of chip loading. Disclosed are a tray structure and a rubber coating process for a tray structure. The tray structure comprises: a tray body; a first frame and a second frame respectively provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the tray body, wherein the second frame is matched with the first frame to form an accommodating cavity; and silicone rubber layers coating the inner surfaces and the outer surfaces of the first frame and the second frame, wherein the two ends of each of the silicone rubber layers extend outwards, and rubber layers are provided between the first frame and the silicone rubber layer, and between the second frame layer and the silicone rubber layer. A flexible material is provided on the surface of the tray body that is in contact with a chip, the flexible material has elasticity and can clamp the chip, so as to fix the chip, and the relative movement between the chip and the tray body is reduced in conjunction with a limited space and a structure, thereby reducing damage to the surface of the chip during transportation or transfer. The rubber layer is provided between the tray body and the silicone rubber layer, so that the surface cohesiveness between the tray body and the silicone rubber layer is greatly increased, the tray body and the silicone rubber layer are well bonded together, and deformation and falling caused by different water shrinkage rates and contraction rates can be avoided.
