Abstract:
A tread for a pneumatic tire, for which reinforcement sections (6) are provided on front walls (52, 53) of each block (5) of the tread (1) of the tire in order to improve on-ice performance while improving on-snow performance, and a pneumatic tire having such tread, wherein angles (T1, T2) formed by the two front walls having the reinforcement sections (6) and the top surface of the block are both less than 90 degrees.
