Abstract:
The present invention relates to a treadmill for a pet which controls the weight applied onto a leg of the pet and can prevent the leg of the pet from overworking. The treadmill comprises: a main body including a running belt for converting the rotational movement of a roller, which rotates by a driving device, to a linear movement; a frame coupled to the outside of the main body and having a plurality of insertion grooves formed on the upper portions of both sides thereof; a holder with ends inserted into the insertion grooves and fixed by a coupling means and having load controlling units formed on one side thereof; and wearing belts which are connected to the load controlling units respectively and which are to be worn by the pet. Thus, the treadmill reduces a load applied onto a leg of the pet and provides the effect of enabling the pet to exercise according to the physical condition of the pet.
