Abstract:
A treadmill (100), comprising a base, a running platform being connected above the base, a support frame being connected to one end of the running platform, and a control console (110) being connected to the support frame, the control console (110) comprising a processor (111), and the control console (110) also comprising a playback control module (112) connected to the processor (111), the treadmill (100) also comprising a speed sensing monitor (120) and smart glasses (130), the speed sensing monitor (120) being connected to the processor (111), the smart glasses (130) being connected to the processor (111), and the playback control module (112) being connected to the smart glasses (130); the speed sensing monitor (120) is used for monitoring and acquiring the running speed when a user uses the treadmill (100), and the speed sensing monitor (120) is also used sending the running speed to the processor (111); the processor (111) is used for acquiring the running speed and, on the basis of the running speed, controlling the playback control module (112) to send a predetermined dynamic scene to the smart glasses; and the smart glasses (130) are used for playing the dynamic scene, a variation speed of the dynamic scene corresponding to the running speed, and the variation speed changing in correlation with changes to the running speed. The smart glasses (130) play the dynamic scene, such that the sensation of exercise is diverse and not tedious, and a realistic running environment is created by means of changes to the variation speed of the scene, achieving the fitness effects of physical and mental happiness.
