Abstract:
A treating device for an endoscope has an insertion section inserted in a treating device insertion channel of the endoscope. A pair of biopsy cups is provided in an openable and closable manner at the forward end of the insertion section. An operation section for operating the pair of biopsy cups is provided at the base end of the insertion section. At the operation section is installed a hook, and an engaging member engaging with the hook is installed at that portion of the insertion section which is exposed from the endoscope.
