Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a treatment agent for polyester-based synthetic fibers, which makes it possible to improve emulsion stability when a treatment agent for synthetic fibers is prepared into a water-diluted solution, to reduce the adhesiveness of the surfaces of fibers when the treatment agent for synthetic fibers is applied to the fibers, and to prevent the decrease in strength of the fibers; and others. The treatment agent for polyester-based synthetic fibers according to the present invention comprises 5% by mass or more of a (poly)oxyalkylene derivative (A), 1% by mass or more of an inorganic acid compound (B), and 5% by mass or more of an organic phosphate ester compound (C). A 1%-by-mass water-diluted solution of the treatment agent for polyester-based synthetic fibers has a pH value of 5.5 to 8.5 inclusive at 25°C. The inorganic acid compound (B) comprises at least one component selected from sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and salts thereof. The organic phosphate ester compound (C) comprises at least one component selected from an organic phosphate ester having an alkyl group having 16 to 20 carbon atoms inclusive in the molecule thereof and salts thereof.
