Abstract:
Provided is a treatment agent for synthetic fibers, said treatment agent enabling stable production of synthetic fibers while preventing an oil supply line from clogging even after long-term storage. This treatment agent for synthetic fibers contains, as essential components, a leveling agent (L), a nonionic surfactant (N) and a low-viscosity diluent (D) together with at least one component selected from among an organic sulfonate (AS), an organic phosphate (AP), an oil film enhancer (H), an organic amine ethylene oxide adduct (RA) and an antioxidant (E), said treatment agent having an ISO cleanliness (4406:1999) of 17/16/14 or less, or containing not more than 130,000 per 100 mL of contaminant particles having a particle size of 4 μm or more.
