Abstract:
Provided is a treatment apparatus for exhaust gas treatment equipment wastewater that is capable of sufficiently removing a TOC component and fluorine of the treated water of exhaust gas treatment equipment wastewater. Exhaust gas treatment equipment wastewater is passed through a pH adjustment tank 12, a heat exchanger 14, a UF device 15, a relay tank 16, an MF device 18, an RO device 20, and a biological treatment means 23, and then passed through a heat exchanger 27 to lower the temperature, and the water is recovered through the MF device 28 and returned to the exhaust gas treatment equipment. A slime inhibitor is added to the RO water supply.
