Abstract:
Provided is a treatment device capable of improving convenience during a treatment. This treatment device 4 is provided with: a catheter 1 having a delivery shaft 11 extending in an axial direction (Z-axis direction); a stent graft 2 configured to include a cylindrical graft 22 and a stent 21; and a cover 3 for holding, in a reduced diameter state, at least a portion (at least a stent arrangement region A41) of the stent graft 2 in which the stent 21 is arranged in the stent graft 2 at the distal end region A1 of the delivery shaft 11.The cover 3 has: a cylindrical outer layer part 32; an inner layer part 31 which is positioned on the inner peripheral side of the outer layer part 32 and in which at least the stent arrangement region A41 is held in a reduced diameter state on the inner peripheral side thereof; a folded part 33 that connects the outer layer part 32 and the inner layer part 31 on the distal end side of the delivery shaft 11; and a small diameter part 31S that is a portion of the inner layer part 31 in which the diameter is relatively small.
