Abstract:

Provided is a treatment instrument wherein the tension of a connection section for connecting a body and a holding section which holds tissue is adjusted, thereby enabling tissue to be accurately held depending on the situation, accurate treatment to be performed, and the interference between treatment instruments to be avoided. A treatment instrument (1) is characterized by comprising: a body section (2) having a case (21) and a hollow shaft (22) which is provided in the case (21); a holding section (3) for holding, within a body cavity, organism tissue (T); a connection section (4) passed through the inside of the shaft (22) and connecting the body section (2) and the holding section (3); an operation section (5) provided to the body section (2) and moving the connection section (4) into and out of the shaft (22); and a tension adjustment section (6) capable of adjusting the tension of the connection section (4).
