Abstract:
A treatment method for resource recycling of hexavalent chromium-containing residues, relating to the field of chromium residue cleaning and resource recycling. The method comprises the specific steps of: 1) adding water to hexavalent chromium-containing residues and mixing well; 2) adding a mineralizer to the solution obtained in step 1) and stirring well to obtain a mixed solution, the mineralizer being sodium chlorate, sodium perchlorate, and hydrochloric acid; 3) treating the mixed solution be means of a hydrothermal method or by heating directly; 4) after the heating treatment, naturally cooling the solid-liquid mixture to room temperature and leaving standing; 5) separating solid residues from chromium-containing supernatants, washing the filter residues with water and then drying; and 6) recycling the chromium-containing solution and returning same to a section or carrying out a chromium recycling treatment. The method is simple in process, low in cost, efficient, great in handling capacity, and thorough in detoxification. Full residue utilization can be implemented, and high social benefits and economic benefits can be achieved.
