Abstract:
A treatment process for atmospheric pollutants comprises the following steps: A) gas input: inputting, into a waste gas pre-treatment device, waste gas to be treated; B) fluff removal: inputting the waste gas into an automated fluff removal mechanism, so as to remove fluff from the waste gas; C) heat exchange: inputting, into a gas-liquid heat exchange mechanism, the waste gas from which fluff has been removed, such that the waste gas exchanges heat with the gas-liquid heat exchange mechanism, and the temperature of the waste gas is lowered; D) wax removal: inputting, into a wax and impurity removal mechanism, the waste gas having undergone the heat exchange, so as to remove wax from the waste gas; E) primary deodorization: inputting, into a primary microbubble-based deodorization mechanism, the waste gas having undergone the wax removal, so as to perform primary deodorization on the waste gas; F) electrostatic attraction: inputting, into a purification tower from bottom to top, the waste gas having undergone the primary deodorization, such that an electrostatic attraction device removes fumes and particles from the waste gas; G) deep deodorization: inputting, into a micro-nano bubble deep deodorization mechanism from top to bottom, the waste gas having undergone the electrostatic attraction so as to perform deep deodorization; H) terminal treatment: inputting, into a terminal white-droplet removal mechanism from bottom to top, the waste gas having undergone the deep deodorization, so as to remove white droplets; and I) discharging.
