Abstract:
[Problem] Screw-tightened portions of an operation part and a connection part are loosened and released by a rotating operation during treatment to cause the direction of a liquid injection port to move from a position at which liquid injection work is easy. [Solution] This treatment tool for an endoscope comprises: a long cylindrical flexible sheath 2; an operation wire 3, which is inserted into a cylinder of the flexible sheath 2 and is pushed and pulled to be able to axially advance and retreat in the cylinder; a treatment part provided at the tip of the operation wire 3 for treating an affected part; an operation part 10 for moving the operation wire 3 forward and backward; and a liquid injection part 11 disposed between the flexible sheath 2 and the operation part 10 and having a liquid injection port 11a for feeding liquid to the treatment part, wherein the liquid injection part 11 and the operation part 10 are connected by screw-tightening, and the treatment tool further comprises a locking mechanism 17 provided for temporarily maintaining a screw-tightened state.
