Abstract:
Disclosed is a tri-cationic viscoelastic surfactant, a preparation method therefor, an application thereof, and a clean fracturing fluid. The invention utilizes N,N'-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine and epichlorohydrin to prepare an intermediate A, and then uses the intermediate A and fatty acid amide propyl dimethylamine to prepare the tri-cationic viscoelastic surfactant. The preparation process is simple. In addition, a clean fracturing fluid of the present invention having the surfactant demonstrates excellent temperature resistance, wear resistance, and strong sand suspending capabilities. The invention is easily prepared on-site, has automatic gel breaking properties, causes minimal damage to the stratum, is low cost, and features a simple preparation process. Moreover, the fracturing fluid has high temperature resistance, and the viscosity of the product can remain at 42 mPa·s at 180 °C, 170 s-1 after 80 minutes, which is higher than the viscosity requirement (>25 mPa·s) of a clean fracturing fluid used for on-site work.
