A triangle teeth zipper tooth (100) and a zipper. The triangle teeth zipper tooth has a meshing end (101) and a fixing end (102), and comprises an upper tooth structure (10) and a lower tooth structure (20) fixedly provided on the upper tooth structure (10). The upper tooth structure (10) comprises a front end portion (11) having a triangular structure and a rear end portion (12) fixedly provided on the front end portion (11); a protruding structure (13) is provided on the end side of the front end portion (11) and the rear end portion (12) away from the lower tooth structure (20). The lower tooth structure (20) is provided with a connecting portion (21) and a tail end portion (22) fixedly provided on the connecting portion (21); the end of the connecting portion (21) away from the tail end portion (22) is provided with a protrusion portion (211), and a recessed portion (212) adjacent to the protrusion portion (211) is further provided on the connecting portion (21). The problem that a zipper is inconvenient to use due to the fact that the conventional zipper teeth generate large friction force on a zipper puller.
