Abstract:
Disclosed is a triangular chassis assembly of a mobile robot, the assembly comprising a housing (11), a top plate (12), an insulation plate (13), a bottom plate (14), a power source group, several support beams (15) and three groups of wheel trains (30). The three groups of wheel trains are distributed in an equilateral triangle; and the wheel trains (30) each comprises a motor (31), a speed reducer (32), a support bracket (33) and an omnidirectional wheel (34). The speed reducer (32) uses a bevel gear speed reducer (32), and the exterior of the speed reducer (32) is bent at an angle of 90°. The three groups of wheel trains distributed in a triangle enhance the stability of the walking of the robot. The chassis uses a double-layer structure, the wheel trains being at the lower layer and the power source group being at the upper layer, so as to reduce the occupied area of the chassis. Only the bottom part of the omnidirectional wheel of the whole chassis is provided outside the bottom plate, so that the components within the chassis are protected; and the power source group is located on the insulation plate higher than the wheel trains, ensuring more complete protection.
