Abstract:
Disclosed is a triangular polycrystalline diamond composite sheet. The polycrystalline diamond composite sheet comprises a cemented carbide base (1) and polycrystalline diamond (2) which are compounded with each other. A composite ring (3) and a composite table (4) are arranged on the cemented carbide base (1). A plurality of transverse recesses (5) and longitudinal recesses (6) are provided on an upper end surface of the composite table (4). The transverse recesses (5) and the longitudinal recesses (6) are vertically staggered into a net structure. A circular ring recess (7) and a cylindrical recess (8) are arranged on the polycrystalline diamond (2). A plurality of transverse strip protrusions (9) and longitudinal strip protrusions (10) which are integral to the polycrystalline diamond (2) are arranged in the cylindrical recess (8). Three ridge beams (11) are arranged on the polycrystalline diamond (2). Arc-shaped curved surfaces (13) which are recessed inwards are arranged between adjacent ridge beams (11). The cemented carbide base (1) and the polycrystalline diamond (2) of the composite sheet are not easily separated from each other, so that the service life can be prolonged; meanwhile, the rock breaking efficiency can be improved, the chip removal efficiency is improved, the drilling resistance is reduced, and the mechanical drilling speed is improved.
