Abstract:
A triboelectric dust removal device, dust removal system, and dust removal method. The dust removal device comprises dielectric units (8) and an outer casing (6) accommodating the dielectric units (8). The outer casing (6) is provided with electrodes (7), the dielectric units (8) and the electrodes (7) collide with each other to form static electrical fields, and a gas is purified by electrostatic adsorption and physical adsorption. The dust removal device can also employ a nested structure having an outer layer casing (19) and an inner layer casing (16), wherein the outer layer casing (19) is a sealed structure, the inner layer casing (16) is provided with vent holes (18) thereon and electrodes (7) on an inner wall, dust adsorption units (17) in the inner layer casing (16) collide with the electrodes (7) to form static electrical fields, and a gas sequentially passes through gaps between the dust adsorption units (17), the inner layer casing (16), and the outer layer casing (19), a dust removal unit, and a gas outlet (10), such that the gas is purified by electrostatic adsorption and physical adsorption while passing through the dust removal device, and in addition, the gas passes through the dust removal device more smoothly with reduced airflow resistance. The dust removal device can perform highly-effective and rapid filtration on particles in a gas such as micro-, submicro-, and nano-scale particles.
