Abstract:
The present disclosure enhances the output of a triboelectric generation device by making a triboelectric charging member itself have an increased surface charge density. To this end, the present disclosure provides a triboelectric generation device with an enhanced output without increasing the size of the triboelectric generation device or increasing the amount of material required for the triboelectric generation device. One embodiment of a triboelectric generation device according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises: a first electrode; a first charging layer formed on the first electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the first charging layer, wherein the first charging layer and the second electrode are arranged so that the interface between the first charging layer and the second electrode forms a frictional interface, and wherein the first charging layer comprises a ferroelectric polymer matrix and ferroelectric inorganic particles dispersed in the ferroelectric polymer matrix.
