Abstract:
Provided are a Trichoderma reesei mutant strain and applications thereof. Compared with the starting strain, the Trichoderma reesei mutant strain significantly increases the yield of a non-starch polysaccharase and is broadly applicable in the production of the non-starch polysaccharase.
