Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tridimensional imitated stone pattern porcelain plate with the micropowder patterns and the manufacturing method and the final products of this plate. On the tridimensional imitated stone pattern porcelain plate with the micropowder patterns, there are pattern area I and pattern area II with more than one visibly distinct color. In the pattern areas, the quantity proportion of the concave crescent polygon petty patterns with the characteristic of micropowder material and in size of 1cm2˜ 150 cm2 in the pattern area I and the pattern area II is 2:1 ˜ 2:0. The thickness of the pattern area I and the pattern area II is 1 mm ˜ 60 mm. At the same time, the present invention also provides the manufacturing method of said product and the final products made by. The tridimensional imitated stone pattern porcelain plate with micropowder patterns provided by the present invention makes a further improve on the structure of the imitated natural marble and granite dalles. The plate in the present invention has an admirable structual imitation. Comparing with the natural stones, it has advantages of lower water absorption, smaller chromatism, higher degree of finish, and has no pollution of radioelements. And it can be put in multitudinous commercial process by mechanical workout, making the manufacturing cost relatively decreasing, and conforming the economic benefits.
