Abstract:
Provided are a trigger method for a PHR, a terminal device and a network device. The trigger method for a PHR comprises: receiving a MAC-CE sent by a network device, wherein the MAC-CE is used for instructing an auxiliary cell to transition from a deactivated state to a new state, or transition from an activated state to a new state, or enter a new state, or transition from a new state to an activated state, or enter an activated state; and when the process of transitioning the state of the auxiliary cell according to the MAC CE is completed, triggering the PHR.
