A trigger and an oscillation system. The trigger comprises: a first voltage input end (1); a bias voltage input end (2); a first offset pipe (M5), which is configured with a scaling ratio relative to a first component of an external apparatus connected to the trigger being N; a comparison pipe (M3), which is configured with a scaling ratio relative to a second component of the external apparatus connected to the trigger being N; a first switch pipe (M4) and a second switch pipe (M6); a shunt pipe (M7), a control end of which is connected to the first voltage input end (1), a second end of which is connected to a second end of the second switch pipe (M6), a first end of which is connected to a first end of the comparison pipe (M3), and which is configured with an enlarged ratio relative to the comparison pipe (M3) being M; and a voltage output end (V0), which is respectively connected to the second end of the first switch pipe (M4), the control end of the second switch pipe (M4) and the second end of the comparison pipe (M3). The trigger has the advantages of low power consumption, low interference, adjustable hysteresis characteristics, duty ratio correction and insensitivity to the process.
