Abstract:
Provided is a trimming circuit for outputting a voltage in response to the presence/absence of a blown fusible resistor, the trimming circuit comprising: a fusible resistor formed by a polysilicon layer disposed on a semiconductor substrate with an insulating layer intervening; a pad for trimming use, connected to one end of the fusible resistor; an output terminal which is electrically connected to a connection node between the fusible resistor and the pad and which outputs a voltage according to whether the fusible resistor has been blown; and a diode which is formed on the semiconductor substrate and one end of which is connected to the other end of the fusible resistor.
