A trimming and punching die for a C-shaped opening of a front lower control arm and a trimming method therefor. The trimming and punching die comprises: a lower die and an upper die. The lower die comprises: a lower die seat, a female die wedge mechanism, a trimming male die, and a male die wedge mechanism. The female die wedge mechanism and the male die wedge mechanism are respectively mounted slidably on the lower die seat, a mounting space is formed between the female die wedge mechanism and the male die wedge mechanism, a first arm portion of the front lower control arm is mounted in the mounting space, and the trimming male die is inserted into a C-shaped opening of the first arm portion; a second arm portion of the front lower control arm is mounted in a recess of the female die wedge mechanism, and the front lower control arm is mounted crosswise on the female die wedge mechanism; a male die driving block drives the male die wedge mechanism to move, so that the trimming male die performs trimming on the C-shaped opening of the front lower control arm from inside to outside.
