Abstract:
Disclosed are a triple-response type starch-based microgel and a preparation method therefor. In the present invention, a pH-sensitive C6-position fixed-point oxidized starch and a temperature-sensitive NIPAM (N-isopropylacrylamide) are mainly used as raw materials, and an inverse emulsion polymerization method is adopted to prepare a microgel with a semi-interpenetrating network of a C6-position fixed-point oxidized starch and PNIPAM, namely, the triple-response type starch-based microgel. The triple-response type starch-based microgel of the present invention is made up of spherical particles with a particle size of 15-25 μm, has three sensitivities to pH, temperature and ionic strength, and good biocompatibility and biodegradability, has a wide use in fields such as nutrient protection, drug controlled release, and protein separation and purification, and at the same time, has a simple and controllable preparation process, mild reaction conditions, and is suitable for large-scale production.
