Provided is a tripod-head shock-absorbing device, comprising a shock-absorbing panel (10) used for connecting to a tripod head (200), and a main-body frame (20) connected to the shock-absorbing panel (10); the shock-absorbing panel (10) comprises a fixing part (11) fixedly connected to said tripod head (200) and three support arms (12) extending outwardly from the fixing part (11); the free end of each of said support arms (12) is provided with a mounting end (13), and the three mounting ends (13) are arranged in a triangle shape; the main-body frame (20) is provided with three mounting parts (21) fitted to the three mounting ends (13); by means of the fitting between the support-arm mounting ends (13) and the mounting parts (21) of the main-body frame, the shock-absorbing panel (10) is connected to the main-body frame (20); the shock-absorbing panel (10) is such that a shock-absorbing mounting structure is formed between the tripod head (200) and the main-body frame (20); thus the entire structure is more compact and mounting is also simpler, while good mounting and shock-absorption performance are maintained.
