Abstract:
A tripping-in method for a well drill/workover rig and a tripping-out method for the well drill/workover rig, relating to the technical field of petroleum drilling and workover. The tripping-in method for the well drill/workover rig comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing three-joint units (330); step 2, placing the three-joint units (330); step 3, adjusting the position of a traveling block; step 4, pushing pipes by means of a pipe racking machine; step 5, moving the pipes by means of a mechanical arm and buckling the pipes; step 6, buckling a pipe column; step 7, the traveling block moving downwards; and step 8, the traveling block moving upwards. According to the provided tripping-in method for the well drill/workover rig and the tripping-out method for the well drill/workover rig, automatic control over the whole process can be achieved in a tripping-in and tripping-out process of the well drill/workover rig, so that the treatment efficiency of the pipe column of the well drill/workover rig is improved, and the drilling and workover costs are reduced; moreover, potential safety hazards brought to an operator can be reduced, and the safety of pipe column operation is improved; and a large amount of auxiliary operation of workers in a pipe column operation process can be reduced, and the labor intensity of the operator is reduced.
