Abstract:
Provided is a trocar device that allows a trocar shaft to be smoothly withdrawn from a trocar even when a stepped part is formed on the circumference of the trocar shaft. The trocar device (112) comprises a trocar (116) and a trocar shaft (117). The trocar (116) comprises a retractable camera (36) and a seal unit (182). The seal unit (182) comprises a dome seal (188) and a first mount (187). The trocar shaft (117) has a stepped part formed at the proximal end side of a distal end piercing part (155). The relationship between a piercing part length L1 of the piercing part (155) and an interval L2 satisfies conditional formula (A), the interval L2 being in the axial direction of the trocar (116) from the position of the boundary between a pipe part (131) and a head part (132) to a first mount opening.
