Abstract:
The present invention provides a device for suturing an open wound generated in the abdomen by a trocar and, more particularly, to a trocar open wound suturing device comprising: a body (110) inserted through the trocar; a first rotating rod (120a) coupled to the body to be able to rotate bidirectionally around a first rotational axis; a second rotating rod (120b) coupled to the body to be able to rotate bidirectionally around a second rotational axis; a first suturing needle (130a) moved by a rotation of the first rotating rod; a second suturing needle (130b) moved by a rotation of the second rotating rod; a suture thread (140) connecting the first suturing needle and the second suturing needle; and a driving motor (170) for providing the first rotating rod and the second rotating rod with rotational power, wherein the first rotational axis and the second rotational axis extend perpendicularly to the trocar insertion direction, the first suturing needle has a circular arc shape and is arranged around the first rotational axis, and the second suturing needle has a circular arc shape and is arranged around the second rotational axis.
