CLAIMS

1- This invention is related to the belt end sewing machine and its feature is;

2- It is related to the right folding section(3) and the left folding section(4) described in Claim 1, and its feature is; In the right folding section(3) or the left folding section(4), the belt lining and belt piece fabric are placed on both sides of the upper part of the trousers as two pieces and sewn from the length, the distance between them can be adjusted by the user operator, the lower fixing plate(7) and the upper fixing lama(8).

This invention is used in the sewing of the belt region of the trousers, which is one of the clothing products, after placing the belt lining and belt piece fabric on both sides of the trousers' upper part and sewing them from the length, twisting the end of the belt as an interlock and in the automation system of the sewing, the inward folding of the folds by making a folding at each stage. It is about the folding and sewing machine of the trousers belt end, which provides locking and then taking the end of the belt and carrying it to the sewing machine and sewing it.

Known State of the Technique

Trousers are defined as a type of lower garment that can be worn from the waist down and wraps the legs, and can be made in different lengths from below the knee to the ankle, which can be used easily by men and women. With another definition, trousers are also defined as a garment consisting of two parts, extending from the waist to the ankles and wrapping each leg separately. The lengths of the trousers can be long or short, narrow or loose (seaman's trousers), attached to the legs (ski trousers). The legs can be curved or straight. Trousers may have pockets on the front, back or sides. There are different types according to different weavings and fabrics such as jeans, fabric trousers, linen trousers, corduroy trousers. Regardless of the shape, trousers, one of the main elements of men's clothing, always consist of the same pieces. These are the four large parts that make up the body of the trousers and the second-order parts called the pat part where the belt, button or zipper is sewn.

In the sewing of trousers, the belt section is sewn to the upper part of the trousers. This planting is done in two ways. In belt sewing, the belt lining and belt piece fabric is kept wide and folded in half from the length and closed in such a way as to wrap the upper part of the trousers on both sides and sewing is done. When it comes to the zipper section on the front of the trousers, the end parts are sewn and the end part of the belt part is closed. This process can be done by machines and manually.

As the second method in trouser belt sewing; two belt linings and belt pieces are sewn on both sides of the top of the trousers. A locked and closed end is formed by folding the ends of the belt lining and belt piece fabric inward. This end part is sewn mutually on the sewing machine. This operation can only be done manually. In this case, there is a loss of time in the production and sewing department. In addition, since the process is done manually, it is very human.

As can be understood from the above, it is clearly observed that there is a need for a system that can automate the sewing of two pieces of belt lining and belt piece fabric on the upper part of the trousers, after sewing them from the length to the upper part of the trousers, twisting the end of the belt with an interlock without cutting it, placing it inside and then sewing.

Technical problems that the invention aims to solve

The trousers belt end is placed on the folding and sewing machine as two pieces of the user's belt lining and belt piece fabric are placed on both sides of the top of the trousers and sewn from the length. Belt end can be sewn from the right and left without the belt end part being sewn. For the sewing of the belt end, the right folding section or the left folding section is placed. The belt end, which is placed in the right folding section or the left folding section, starts the folding process of the open ends.

In the right folding section or the left folding section, the belt lining and belt piece fabric are placed on both sides of the upper part of the trousers as two pieces and placed on the lower fixing plate and the upper fixing plate, sewn from the length. After the folding is completed, the clamping plate, the lower folding plate, and the upper folding plate are pulled into place, and the lower fixation plate and the upper fixation plate snap together to release the folded belt end. A carrying plate comes from the sewing section on the folded belt end. When the transport bar comes, the lower fixation plate and the upper fixation plate are pulled back by the piston movement of the trolley on the rail. In this case, the folded belt end remains on the carrying plate. The carrying bar carries the folded belt end to the sewing section.

In the sewing section, the folded belt end is sewn with the known method of the art. After sewing, the user ensures that the processes are repeated in the right folding section or the left folding section for sewing the belt end at the other end of the trousers. In this way, folding and sewing of the trousers crotch can be achieved by an automation process. Production speed is increasing with automation. Human error is prevented by setting a standard for folding and sewing. Faster production and error-free production reduces the cost. Description

"The main body(l) of the pants belt end folding and sewing machine has all its components on it. On the main body(l), there is a right folding section(3), a left folding section(4), and a sewing section(5) on the top of the base(2) on which the fabric moves. The base(2) is preferably made of a smooth surface material such as sheet metal.

On the right side of the base(2) on the main body(l), there is a right folding section(3). On the left side of the base(2) on the main body(l), there is a left folding section(4). In the middle of the base(2) on the main body (1), there is a sewing section(5). The right folding section(3) and the left folding section(4) in the pants belt end folding and sewing machine are identical structures and function as two different stations for folding the right and left belt ends of the pants. After the process in the right folding section(3) is completed, the pant belt end taken to the sewing section(5) is taken to the left folding section(4) for the sewing of the left belt end and then completed in the sewing section(5).

Under the base(2) on the main body(l), there are lower folding eccentric shaft(12), upper folding eccentric shaft(13), piston(14), rail(15), and carriage(16) for folding the fabric. The upper folding eccentric shaft(13) provides the movement for the forward thrust of the upper folding blade(l l) to fold the lower belt end fabric inwardly between the two belt fabrics when it moves downward.

There is a carriage(16) on a rail(15) that allows the piston(14) of the lower locking bar(7) and the upper locking bar(8) to be pulled back by the movement of the carriage(16) when the transport bar(6) under the base(2) of the pants belt folding and sewing machine arrives.

In the next step, the compression bar(9) moves down from the top. The compression bar(9) compresses the upper belt fabric onto the upper locking bar(8) to prepare the fabric end for the next folding process.

In the next step, the lower folding bar(10) is activated. It causes the lower belt fabric that has been fixed to the base by the lower locking bar(7) to fold inward and settle inward. In this case, the lower folding bar(l l) folds the lower belt fabric inward between the two belt fabrics with the forward motion provided by the lower folding eccentric shaft(12).

In the next stage, the upper folding beam(l l) is working. The upper belt end fabric is folded inward and locked in place by compressing it against the upper fixing beam(8) and making a locked fold as it settles inward. The upper and lower belt fabrics are locked together inside the belt end. In this case, the upper folding beam(l l) folds the upper belt end fabric inward, locked between the two belt fabrics, with the downward and forward motion provided by the upper folding eccentric shaft(13).

The width of the lower fixing beam(7) in the right folding section(3) or the left folding section(4) is wider than the upper fixing beam(8). During the folding process, the width of the upper fixing beam(8) is kept smaller to allow for alignment of the folded fabric due to the thickness of the fabric being folded.

After folding is completed, the compression beam(9), lower folding beam(10), and upper folding beam(l l) are withdrawn to release the folded belt end. The lower fixing beam(7) and upper fixing beam(8) come together to allow the folded belt end to be transported by the transport beam(6). When the transport beam(6) arrives at the sewing section(5), the folded belt end is sewn using the known technique. After sewing, the user repeats the process in the right folding section(3) or the left folding section(4) for the other end of the pants.

The invention allows the lower fixing beam(7) and upper fixing beam(8) to be combined into a U-shaped single piece that can work as two separate beams at a fixed distance. The invention also allows for the use of other known and used piston designs instead of the lower folding eccentric shaft (12) and upper folding eccentric shaft (13).
