A tube (1) for conveying exhaust gases in heat exchange devices, particularly boilers for generating hot water or steam, the tube (1) comprising internally fins (3, 4) in contact with the wall of the tube, the fins (3) arranged proximate to the exhaust gas inlet end being made of steel, while the fins (4) arranged proximate to the exhaust gas exit end are made of aluminum.
