Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tube for forming a soil structure using barges and to a method for constructing same. When the tube is installed in a coastal area, a barge is fixed to the position suited for the construction position of the tube while the barge is moved. Then, when the tube having the shape of a tube body is fixed to the barge to open an opening thereof, a filler such as soil and sand is quickly and smoothly filled into the geotextile tube through the opening so as to manufacture the tube for forming a soil structure. Thus, the construction processes may ensure stability, and the time required for construction may be reduced so as to be economical and improve efficiency. Also, since the tube for forming a soil structure is installed in the foundation, thereby enabling the differentiation between the exposed state of the foundation during ebb tide and the concealed state of the foundation, construction may be improved.
