Abstract:

A manufacturing history information management device (100) is provided with a processing and forming means (1) for processing and forming an identifier to identify a tube at a portion designed to be subjected to screw thread cutting of the tube prior to carrying out a first manufacturing process out of each manufacturing process intended for management of manufacturing history information, a readout means (2) for reading out the identifier processed and formed prior to carrying out each manufacturing process or while carrying out each manufacturing process, a management means (3) to which the manufacturing history information of the tube acquired at each manufacturing process and the identifier of the tube read out by the readout means and which stores the manufacturing history information and the identifier in association with each other, and a screw thread cutting means (4) for eliminating the identifier cut and formed at the tube at the process for carrying out screw thread cutting at an edge portion of the tube out of each manufacturing process intended for the management of the manufacturing history information.
