2. Tube paste squeezer, especially toothpaste squeezer, according to claim 1, characterised by the fact that the groove for inserting the bottom of the tube (10) is located in the central portion of the body (1).
3. Tube paste squeezer, especially toothpaste squeezer, according to claims 1 and 2, characterised by the fact that there are four protuberances (6, 7, 8, 9) for the insertion of rubber band (2) into the holes (4, 5) between the protuberances are on the ends of the squeezer body (1).
4. Tube paste squeezer, especially toothpaste squeezer, according to claims 1, 2 and 3, characterised by the fact that into the holes (4, 5) between the protuberances (6, 7, 8, 9), a small, endless rubber band (2) for fixing the folded part of the tube that prevents the tube from uncoiling back to its initial position is inserted.
5. Tube paste squeezer, especially toothpaste squeezer, according to claims 2, 3 and 4, characterised by the fact that it consists of a wire body (11), the body of the squeezer is made by parallel sides (11) made of profiled plastic wire (Fig. 3), forming on one side protuberances (16, 17), which, when shifted apart, form a longitudinal groove (13), while on the other side there is a closed loop from the same profile (18, 19) to prevent the rubber band from slipping out (2).
Description:
TUBE PASTE SQUEEZER, ESPECIALLY TOOTHPASTE SQUEEZER

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

1) FIELD OF THE INVENTION

This invention can be applied in extruding paste out of tubes, for example, for extruding toothpastes.

2) TECHNICAL PROBLEM

Extrusion of toothpaste has always been an aesthetical as well as a practical problem because it was difficult to extrude the whole content continually and safely and to make sure that the device does not occupy too much space and that its exterior is attractive.

3) STATE OF THE ART

There are several propositions for this problem, and they are devices of different sizes, but none is as simple and small and as practical as this one which meets all the requirements.

4) DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION ESSENCE

The primary goal of the invention is to find a solution for the simplest way for the extrusion of the whole content of the toothpaste, preferably with little or none paste left in the container. The toothpaste squeezer device meets all the requirements for the status of invention. Originality is reflected in the idea of manual rotation (R) of the emptied part of the tube around the body of the squeezer. It was necessary to ensure a small force against uncoiling of the tube into its original position after application. It is achieved by a small, endless rubber band which is inserted on two protuberances of the squeezer and the small elasticity force is sufficiently strong to fix the achieved position. Squeezer is rotated on each subsequent application for as much as the paste within the container allows and the rubber band is again inserted on the two opposite protuberances of the device. The hole between the sides of the device is designed to be broad enough for the rubber band to be easily positioned in it and the

passage to the hole is narrow to the extent that the rubber band is inserted with an appropriate and deliberate manoeuvre. It cannot fall out by itself. After the whole paste has been used, the rubber band is taken out from one of the protrusion of the device and an empty tube is thrown into the garbage disposal.

5) DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The drawings are attached to the description of the invention to illustrate its functioning. Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the squeezer realization with all its basic characteristics. Only a sketch of the invention is shown, because the third dimension is equal for the whole sketch area. Squeezer shown on this sketch can be made by jetting of the plastic or by stamping from bands made of various solid materials. Fig. 2 shows the position and the manner of application of the squeezer on one toothpaste tube.

Fig. 3 shows the second variant of the squeezer realization with all its basic characteristics. In this variant it is made of profiled metal wire or profiled plastic.

Fig. 4 shows manner of application of squeezer made of profiled form, on one toothpaste tube.

6) DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT Details of possible realization of this invention will be given in this section. Two examples are shown on attached figures.

Analysing Fig. 1 and 2, it is evident that the squeezer set has only two positions, (1) and (2).

Body of the squeezer (1) is constructed in such a way as to contain basic characteristics of the device. In the central part of the squeezer (1), there is a groove (3) with parallel sides, into which the bottom part of the tube is inserted at the beginning of its application (10). There are two protuberances (6, 7) and (8, 9) on both sides of the squeezer (1) and two holes between them (4) and (5) with a narrow slit for inserting the rubber band (2), to prevent the rubber band from slipping out by itself.

Rotating an empty section of the tube around the longitudinal groove (3) in (R) direction, pushes the paste in the tube to the cap, as much as the cap allows. In this ultimate position, the rubber band (2) is stretched and inserted on one of the protrusions (6) or (7), thus creating a

permanent pushing force (2a) which prevents the paste from going back to an empty part of the tube (10).

Analysing Fig. 3 and 4, it can be seen that the squeezer set has only two positions, (11) and

(12). The body of the squeezer (11) is constructed in such as way as to have major construction characteristics. There are two protuberances on one side of the squeezer (16) and (17) made of profiled wire, which with its both parallel extension, create a groove (13) into which the bottom part of the tube (10) is inserted at the beginning of application.

Another part of the squeezer is in a closed, shaped form with mutually connected protuberances (18) and (19) which cover the opening completely (15) from one side, while it is possible to insert the rubber band (2) from the side of the protuberances (16) and (17) through the open groove (13). Dimensions of the groove (13) are always smaller than the thickness of the rubber band (2) so as to prevent the rubber band from falling out. Rotating empty part of the tube around its longitudinal groove (13) in (R) direction, pushes the paste to the cap, as much as the cap allows. In this ultimate position, the rubber band (2) is stretched and inserted on one of the protuberances, thus creating a permanent pushing force (2a) which prevents the paste from going back to an empty part of the tube (10).

7) MANNER OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION Tube paste squeezer, especially toothpaste, can be made by wire profiled form, cutting out of metal or carton, but the most appropriate form would be by jetting of plastic, both for aesthetic and economic reasons, especially if we have in mind that big series of production can be expected. The product can be marketed individually, packed in special package or in sets with certain toothpaste brands.
