Abstract:
Disclosed is a tube processing apparatus which slits open and cuts a tube. The apparatus is provided with a tube slitting/opening mechanism, which has a cutting blade that can cut the tube in the longitudinal direction, and a tube cutting mechanism, which cuts the slit open tube in the width direction. The tube processing apparatus is also provided with a guide mechanism, which guides the slit open tube from the tube slitting/opening mechanism toward the tube cutting mechanism, in a state wherein the slit open tube is flatly spread between the tube slitting/opening mechanism and the tube cutting mechanism, and the tube is regulated within a fixed range in the width direction.
