Abstract:

The present invention relates to a fabric member for injecting an inflation gas into an airbag cushion when an airbag operates, and more particularly the present invention relates to a tube-shaped fabric member for airbag gas injection which comprises a tube-shaped textile layer formed with at least one gas-discharge opening, and in which the textile layer is woven using a weave selected from the group consisting of double weave, basket weave, bonded weave, partially bonded weave and mixtures thereof, and the weight per unit area of the textile layer is no more than 10 g/mm2. The present invention also relates to a production method for the same and to an airbag system comprising the same.
