Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tube-on-sheet heat exchanger, comprising: a cold and hot medium heat exchange region, which comprises a sheet pack provided with an inter-sheet medium channel for circulation of a heat medium and a tube-side channel for circulation of a cold medium, with sheets including at least two sheets A and at least two sheets B, and the sheets A and the sheets B being stacked at intervals; and distribution regions, which are arranged on the two sides of the sheet pack and comprise a distribution channel arranged on one side of the sheet pack and a collection distribution channel arranged on the other side of the sheet pack. The heat exchanger is further provided with cold and hot medium inlets and outlets, respectively; the inter-sheet medium channel is in communication with the hot medium inlet and the hot medium outlet; and the tube-side channel is in communication with the cold medium inlet and the cold medium outlet. A cold medium enters the distribution channel via the cold medium inlet, is distributed, then reaches the collection distribution channel via the tube-side channel, then returns to the distribution channel, via the tube-side channel, from the collection distribution channel, and flows out of the outlet after multiple circulations. According to the present invention, blocking does not easily occur, and the heat transfer efficiency is high.
