Abstract:
A tubular heater according to the present invention comprises a tubular insulating base having an internal space that forms a fluid flow path, and a resistive element which is embedded inside the insulating base and has a heat-generating part. The inner wall of the insulating base comprises a region of variation in which the shape of a surface perpendicular to the length direction of the flow path varies, while the cross-sectional area of the surface perpendicular to the length direction of the flow path remains essentially constant from the upstream side to the downstream side.
