Abstract:
A tubular product with outer corrugated type plastic winding structural walls reinforced with internal-ribs and the manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The tubular product comprises a tubular product body made of spirally winded and fusion-molded profiled strips, and the tubular product body comprises a column- surface tube wall, hollow reinforcing ribs spirally looped on the outer side of the body and reinforcing internal-ribs fixed in the reinforcing ribs and perpendicular to the tube wall. The internal-rib divides the hollow reinforcing rib into two parallel hollow cavities, and the fusion-molded interface locates at the reinforcing internal-rib. The tubular product is formed by the plastic profiled strip with tubular bulges on two lateral sides spirally winded and molted by the molten gel, thus the tubular product has good ring stiffness and interaction of pipe with ambient soils, also has good intensity, and the reinforcing internal-ribs improve the stability of the hollow reinforcing ribs effectively.
