Abstract:
Disclosed are: a tumor metastasis inhibitor comprising a nucleic acid or nucleic acids such as miR143, miR143 and miR145, or the like; a method for determining the risk of metastasis of a tumor, which comprises measuring the expression level of miR143 or the expression levels of miR143 and miR145 in the tumor; a method for screening for a substance capable of inhibiting the metastasis of a tumor, which comprises selecting a substance capable of up-regulating the expression level of miR143 or the expression levels of miR143 and miR145 as a substance capable of inhibiting the metastasis of the tumor; and others.
