Abstract:
A tumor positioning method and device, and a radiotherapy system. According to the method, image registration can be performed on a projection image of a tumor and a first standard image so as to obtain a first offset, and a second standard image is generated according to the first offset. When a second offset satisfies a virtual re-sampling condition, the second standard image is updated according to the second offset, image registration is performed again until the second offset does not satisfy the virtual re-sampling condition, and an accumulated offset is then output. Since an executing body which updates the second standard image and performs the image registration is an image guide system, the method can therefore implement accurate positioning of a tumor without repeatedly moving a patient support device and repeatedly collecting projection images. The tumor positioning method has higher flexibility and efficiency, and can also prolong the service life of expensive devices such as patient support devices and image collection components.
